Terms & Conditions – Win a Luxury Spa Break Prize Draw

How to Enter:

Simply complete the entry form and you will automatically be entered into our ‘Win a luxury spa break prize draw’. The following terms and conditions apply;

1. Entrants must be UK residents or residents of the Republic of Ireland, over 18 and not employees (or members of their families) of Spellman Walker Ltd, or anyone connected with the draw.
2. Prize draw is open to anyone who visits Spellman Walker’s new website in January and February 2017.
3. By giving Spellman Walker your details, you are agreeing that you are willing to receive future correspondence from Spellman Walker Ltd (including for purposes of marketing). You also agree to receive correspondence from carefully selected third parties if you choose to opt-in for this using the tick box.
4. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. All entries will automatically become the property of the Promoter.
5. There is one prize to be won. The prize winner will receive a one-night break for 2 people at a hotel to be confirmed.
6. The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted for prizes of similar type and value. Certain dates during busy periods may not be available. All other expenses during the break must be paid for by the prize winner.
7. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 23.59 hours on the 28th February 2017.
8. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
9. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
10. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
11. The winners of the prize draw will be selected at random by a third party before the 14th March 2017.
12. The winners will be notified by email after the draw. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason or is not contactable within 48 hours, then the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to another entrant.
13. Promoters decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. All winners agree to the use of their names and addresses and/or photographs for publicity/promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be awarded for such publicity/promotional purposes.
15. The name of the winner will be made available for up to 28 days after the closing date to anyone sending their email address to laura.errington@spellman.co.uk in a message with the subject heading ‘Win a luxury spa break winners 2017’.
16. Spellman Walker Ltd will provide the prize but accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of this competition or the enjoyment of the prize.
