Online MIS

Going to the next level, our online Management Information System facility provides our customers with access to estimates and jobs directly from their desktop. Using a secure login over the Internet, users are able to view a history of their own estimates and post new estimate requests directly into our own MIS. Further, they can view all details of previous orders produced, and place new orders, with attached artwork, again directly into our own MIS. Our Account Managers and estimators are immediately made aware of new estimate requests and orders via automated emails and can then respond accordingly. In addition the system provides access to view and download automated reports (stock listings, for example) from the online login.
