Our Distribution Centre, housed in an adjacent purpose-built 27,500 sq. ft. unit, offers a wide range of fulfilment services.

2,500 pallet spaces and 1,000 ‘fast pick’ bays provide ample space for clients’ stock. On a daily basis we pick, pack and despatch an average of 100 orders direct to clients’ branch and retail networks across the UK and beyond. A bespoke online ordering system has been developed to enable individual clients to create their own web-based order forms and a team of customer service advisors are on hand to assist with queries and telephone or faxed orders.

Our reputation for stock management is impressive. All activity is linked to our fully computerised company-wide Management Information System which is at the heart of everything we do. Stock levels are updated in real time as soon as the production process is completed, and all stock movement is centrally controlled and recorded for clients to reference online at any time.

Equally important is our ability to undertake the full range of activities associated with ad-hoc campaigns and promotions. Print, collation of diverse components, specialised packing and complex distribution are all taken care of expertly and to exceptionally demanding deadlines.

We manage many Direct Mail campaigns and supply much of our printed literature into specialised mailing houses, taking full responsibility for the personalisation, fulfilment and postage requirements.
